What is Margarita Monday's you might ask?
A long long long time ago three amigos opened a humble local bar called Sling Lounge in West End, Brisbane.
At that time Brisbane
lacked any Monday Night entertainment
(I guess times don’t change). Ose tres amigos
(that’s three in Español) decided to change that.
After 3 minute conversation over a
Charlie Manson, Margarita night was born. They decided to make the best margaritas but with
cheap prices, resulting in the best experience.
On a god damn Monday.
Sadly Sling Lounge closed
and Margarita Monday's was lost. Fortunately,
one of the Tres amigos, Martin Lange,
owner of Cobbler, vowed to bring back Fun to Mondays and revived this amazing night.
Cobbler creates all Margaritas with
fresh lime juice and 100% agave Tequila.

Welcome to Cobbler Whisky and Cocktail Bar
Cobbler was founded in early 2013 as a result of a deep love and passion for all things Whisky. At that time, it was the first one of its kind in Queensland.
We specialise in everything related to malted spirits;
Scotch, Bourbon, Japanese, Irish, Australian, Indian, Taiwanese, American Single Malt, you name it!
However, that's not all. Our large range of spirits are
used in creative ways that would enhance each patrons experience.

2016 we won best Small bar of Australia at The Bartender Magazine Bar awards and in 2017 best Bar in Queensland. We are very proud of our team and achievements.
We are in constant search of new whisky releases and innovative ways to mix them.
Our ethos is to enjoy, share and educate, whether it be a whisky or cocktail, especially in a fun and responsible manner.
